We try not to change any feature that’s inherited from MIT Scratch, since we want to make the transition from MIT Scratch to creaticode very smooth. If, for example, a Scratch tutorial talks about a font, but the students see a different menu, then it might cause confusion.

On the other hand, we can definitely try to enhance the font list for widget styling. Your list looks great as a starting point, and we will research if we can add the original Scratch fonts into our list as well.

@info-creaticode unfortunely I use my school ipad with safari, and I have quickly researched and found that you can’t mute a single tab in safari. I feel like just removing it would be the best option because there aren’t any other sound fx for the editor (and if there are then they’re obscure because I’ve never heard any others)

This is a fun game.

So let’s solve one problem at a time. To limit the rotation speed, you can try to use a loop to repeatedly rotate the sprite a little bit towards the target’s direction.

calculate angle difference between current direction and the desired direction normalize that difference to within -180 and 180 rotate for up to the speed limit

Thanks for sharing your project. Here are some high level comments:

You can not mix 3D physics blocks and “set speed” blocks. If you are controlling objects using the 3D physics engine, you have to delegate all movements to the engine, and only use blocks in the “3D physics” category to make objects move/turn.

We can’t add the animations you requested since they are not available in the mixamo.com library. You will have to use the animations available now.

For specific questions on individual blocks, can you please try to ask XO first?

@sirbots I can try, and updating to a table I believe does slightly lag, I have a project that I recreated here that uses this method, I have recreated it in 3 different places as a sort of benchmark (code.org, here, nad codeacademy) and I’m pretty sure I got decent fps at like 30 clones on creaticode, I’m fairly certain that 10-15 was no problem, though I can try to find the project (the project does have similar logic to this, checks distance from every other clone, then checks some values per clone to decide what to do)
