Limit FPS on projects?

I feel like creators should be able to limit the max amount of FPS users can have on a project, instead of it being infinity, or whatever FPS you guys use, if we go into the Edit tab we should be able to change how much FPS our project uses, like 15, 30, 60, 120, 240, No Limit, etc.

It should be somewhere inside of this tab.
