@dan36 Again, I believe. I have experience from other platforms that filter symbols that look similar to other words. out using AI filters. Some have it, some don’t. You would have to experiment. My suggestion is to both do it manually (any obvious words or phrases that people try to work around) and with AI

@dezz-nuts What you an do is use a variable instead of the built-in clone ID system.

For example:

set [variable] to 0;

create clone of myself;
}

Afterwards, you can say:

when I start as clone {

} …
}
and so on

CreatiCode is built on top of MIT Scratch, which is open source. If you search online, you should notice there are many simiar sites that are “remix” of MIT Scratch in a similar way.

Our goal is to allow students who are already familiar with Scratch to use additional blocks (like 3D, AI, 2D physics, multiplayer) so they can build more engaging projects, without having to learn a completely new user interface or block syntax. The AI tools for generating images and coding help are also provided for similar purposes.

Not really. Scaling down still requires some amount of data. You need to use a simpler map, with less walls.

@tao While this is a clunky solution, I do find it works for me flawlessly!
If you simply hide the sprite your cloning and create new clones with the same ID as the original clones, you can hide clones quite perfectly!

@tao The txt files is not a hazard at all, that’s just downloading data and is completely harmless, however the very simple mixture of secure data storage and location is still a notable hazard, as somebody could leave those permissions on/hap hazardly check them

Update 13.5 - Originality - Major Content Update

Release Date: TBA. Editor lag is being a massive problem currently

What’s new:

UI

Major Revamps to the UI screen to be more clean and modern.

Removed several old songs and replacing them with new music.

This music will be AI generated via Suno’s v5 model. Thus, it won’t be taken from another producer. Some old songs will remain. Overall, there will be less songs in the music rotation. See dev notes for more detailed reasons.

Similar to the Battle Music, the lobby music will see similar changes, but the number of songs will still be the same.

Gamemodes

The following gamemodes have received specification changes

Frontlines

Reduced the number of tickets need to win a score victory to 500. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where the message of a successful elimination would remain frozen on screen should it appear during the victory chime. I am aware of a bug that causes incorrect collision and roof rendering on some maps despite it being correctly placed in the costume editor. This is currently being investigated. Developer Notes

This update is made to update the UI and make major changes to the music, along with a gamemode change.

First, the UI screen will receive some changes, including button layout and appearance, along with cleaner placement.

For the battle songs, changes have been made to the music rotation to remove low quality and somewhat boring music, add some songs which is more fit for the game’s genre, and overall for general originality. The same will happen for most of the lobby soundtracks. Overall, there will be less soundtracks. Some old songs will still be in the game

For context, all of the new songs will be AI generated using Suno AI’s v5 model. As part of a subscription to access said model, the songs get copyright protections, thus making these new songs the first soundtracks ever to be fully original to the game. These songs will be dropped shortly before the update as Volume 2.

For the Frontlines mode, the amount of tickets needed to win is reduced to 500 to reduce match times. This is targeted to the Standard variant of the gamemode where the only way to win is by tickets.

Lastly some small bug fixes were made as well as an investigation of a bug is underway.

The next update will add a new gamemode.

@info-creaticode It happens when I click the start button around 2-3 times in 5-8 second intervals. I can’t record it happening because the screen turns black, prevents the project from working, and cancels my recording without saving it.

This is the best I can do.

Look at the code I provided for reference at the start and study it.

Then, play the game until you get either rainy or cyclonic weather at least twice. On the second attempt, that bug will occur. I can’t really explain it well with words or pictures, its a see it for yourself kinda thing. Once the bug occurs, then it should be more understandable.

@白刃の亡霊 I can’t really code that super well, as the AI is currently programmed to instantly die upon hit. But apparently the AI doesn’t like to take damage.

The broadcast block should be working fine. You can try this simple test:

When the green flag is clicked, it will broadcast the message. And when it is received, the variable will increase by 1. If there is an issue like what you described, you should see the variable increase by more than 1 each time, right?

To find out the real issue, I suggest you simplify your program to bear minimum, and also try to debug it using the “print” block in the “control” group.
