Bug: get project parameter blocks take forever to load when they equal "null"

So the bug is that when you don’t put in a project URL parameter, although it returns “null” when you click it (
) it doesn’t do the same when you try to use it in blocks, and it instead makes the project load forever/freeze.I am on ChromeOS, so if this works for others, please tell me

@jeffreyrb03-gmail this is same with load data with a non existent data name, thx for reporting cus I never bothered reporting after finding this
