Update 0.3 - Hotfix and Patch notes

What’s new:
Technical Changes
- Removed all unused or unneeded code, variables, and costumes.
Weapons
AK-47
- Reduced damage per pullet by approx. 20% (39 to 31)
- Increased the maximum angle at which bullets can point by approximately 7% and increase its dispersion.
- Reduced damage to structures by approx. 20% (39 to 31)
Utility Items
Armor
- Increased the maximum amount of armor pieces on the ground at any given point by roughly 15%
Development notes
This update is focused on lowering the effectiveness of the AK-47, cleaning up unnecessary code, and increasing drops of armor.
Given how the AI always spawns with random gear, should the player run into a bot early on in a game, their chances of survival are incredibly slim. To increase survival odds against AK-47 users early game, its damage to players and structures have been reduced, and it has reduced accuracy.
Additionally, the maximum amount of armor on the ground is increased to make finding armor easier going into mid game.
Large amounts of code have been removed to boost load times and fps rates.
