Hello. I’ve contacted info@creaticode.com several times to troubleshoot why our students login with google is not working. We use several device types, and always mid-code, we’re logged out after successfully signing in. Typically, we work on chromebooks. When I created an account (using a gmail account, but NOT using the SSO feature), it stays logged in LONGER, but still kicks out. Anyone have a solution for this? TIA.

We have streamlined the Google Login interface, and it will also help avoid the automatic logout that happens sometimes. Please test to see if that solves the issue for your account.

@info-creaticode I am experiencing the exact same issues. I wish I could sign in. It started yesterday on August 15 and I have tried signing and creating new accounts and it doesn’t let me even when I tried my home email. I can’t access Creaticode if I can’t sign in. Could u plz fix it? Thx if u can

There was some login issues since yesterday but the problem has been fixed now.

It still is stuck on a loading cycle when I try to sign back in. Also if I go to dashboard that same image pops up
