Model Importer Broken?

hello!! for some reason whenever i try to upload models, it says “Upload failed An error occurred while uploading this model. Please try again with a different file.”. I’ve tried uploading other models, making changes to the model, and even just uploading a blank cube, but it keeps giving me the same error no matter what I do.
when it uploads model itself works just fine, but the animations dont work at all and its just stuck T-posing. I’ve tried doing your earlier suggestion, which worked for a bit. but then when I went to upload a new version of the model it just seems to be broken, along with the old model. What can I do to fix this? is it a problem on my end, or is the uploader just bugging out? or did I hit some sort of rate limit making it so I cant upload anymore models with animations in them? please help me -
We made an update to our upload handler. Can you please try again? If it still doesn’t work, please send your model to info@creaticode.com for us to test it further.
