Help moving limbs moving "well" (Paper Minecraft Scratch Ex.)

Here is the scratch paper Minecraft game made by GriffinPatch I’m trying to kind of replicate.

I can’t figure out how to make limbs move with the torso instead of rotating on their own (like limited revolve around an object). Here is my game: (I created this 30min ago don’t judge)

Please help me make the legs rotate around the torso and not on their own

(note: I’m trying to do this without cloning because I don’t understand it and the “When I start as Clone” wouldn’t activate when I created a clone of that same sprite or custom blocks created by other people)

maybe with the legs more down I dunno
