Help moving limbs moving "well" (Paper Minecraft Scratch Ex.)

Here is the scratch paper Minecraft game made by GriffinPatch I’m trying to kind of replicate.I can’t figure out how to make limbs move with the torso instead of rotating on their own (like limited revolve around an object). Here is my game: (I created this 30min ago don’t judge)

Please help me make the legs rotate around the torso and not on their own
(note: I’m trying to do this without cloning because I don’t understand it and the “When I start as Clone” wouldn’t activate when I created a clone of that same sprite or custom blocks created by other people)

maybe with the legs more down I dunno
