Unable to set Profile Cover?

Hiya! I tried uploading a profile cover of my corgi, but it wouldn’t lete. It would just keep loading.

I was stuck on this screen.
The image in question was this:

Maybe it is too big?

@catty Aww your dog is cute, but I think it’s either one or more of these:

• image is too big (your camera is pretty good, but the image quality might be too much for the browser)
• image dimensions aren’t like rectangular horizontally, cuz the image was taken with a phone in portrait/normal mode, and covers are bigger in width than height, but then again it lets you crop so it just might be the image size

Maybe is a phone issue? I sized down the width/height to around 832wx900h, and it’s about 90kb. Do they not support .JPG? I’m honestly confused.

Nevermind, I got it to work. Still highly confused from that lol.
