TOS loophole issue
-
In the TOS (https://play.creaticode.com/term), the first paragraph,
UPLIFTING TECHNOLOGY, INC. (“The Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”), registered under the laws of the State of New York, provides access to the Creaticode website, currently located at https://creaticode.com/ (the “Site”) which is an online platform aimed at teaching students aged 5 and above how to code (“Services”). These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access and use (as a registered user or otherwise) of the Site and Services. By accessing or using the Site and/or Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Site or Services.
doesn't cover the forums, only https://creaticode.com/. Therefore every rule set there legally doesn't apply to this forum, only the main site. This is a small but important fix, because forgetting this might cause bad issues one day. I'm not being dramatic, since when it comes to security and legal stuff, it's important to get rid of those issues the second they're discovered before someone else abuses the loopholes or bugs. -

@info-creaticode at the very least, adding at least something like “and its subdomains” would be important. It’s suprising how minor mistakes with legal contracts cause big problems
