- How to transfer a project from Scratch to CreatiCode, and the other way around?
- How to change my avatar?
1. How to transfer a project from Scratch to CreatiCode, or the other way around? (top)
On both the Scratch and CreatiCode playgrounds, to export a project, you can click the “File” menu on top, then select “save to your computer”. A project file that ends with “.sb3” will be downloaded to your computer’s disk.
You can also import a project on both playgrounds. Create a new project, then click the “File” menu on top, then select “load from your computer”. A new dialog window will pop up for you to find the sb3 file you have downloaded before. Then the project will be loaded into the playground.
Note that all Scratch projects should run the same way when you transfer them to the CreatiCode playground. If you are having difficulty with any project, please email us at info@creaticode.com.
On the other hand, if a CreatiCode project uses some new blocks that are not available in Scratch, such as 3D or Widget blocks, then this project will not work as expected when it is transferred to the Scratch platform.
2. How to change my avatar? (top)
To change your avatar, go to the dashboard and click on the avatar image. Follow the instructions to upload a new image file. You can select a square portion of the image as well.
