Cover Picture Upload Bug

The “Cover Picture” will not let me upload pictures for some reason. I tried uploading a
- png
- jpg
- jpg converted to png
- screenshot
- saved png image
but nothing worked. Can you help find the issue?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
