Confusion Regarding The Moderation Blocks

I was experimenting with blocks and tried to test the “get moderation result for” block. I activated the block and after a few seconds it ended up returning nothing. The text I imputed was “hi”. I know that this block used to either return pass or fail, but it didn’t for me, so I would like to know whether it doesn’t do that anymore or whether it is currently broken.
